Time for a New Chapter

You know your ONE Thing. Now it's yours to live.

It's with gratitude and bittersweet excitement that we share Produktive is winding down after 11 years. Our final Summit and Goal Setting Retreat will be November 13 – 14.

A Note from Jay Papasan

In November of 2015, Gary and I hired Geoff Woods and started a company called Produktive.

Two months later, we launched our first course, Time Blocking Mastery. It sold out in 24 hours.

The podcast came next in 2017 – a platform that let me talk with a lot of my heroes. We started hosting Goal Setting Retreats that same year. We've shared The ONE Thing with people and companies all over the world. That work nudged me to start The TwentyPercenter and become an executive coach.

We’ve had an amazing 10-year run and impacted tens of thousands of leaders around the world. It’s time for a new chapter…

I retired from my full-time job as a KW executive in August. To step into the next season, I have to let go of the old to make room for the new. Time to practice what I preach – addition by subtraction.

Produktive is winding down.

We'll host our final Summit and Goal Setting Retreat on November 13th and 14th. It's virtual, and you can find the details here.

Our coaching clients will stay with their coaches, who are now certified to coach independently. Future corporate training contracts go to our most experienced trainers. We put together an FAQ here to answer any questions you have.

I'm not going anywhere. I'll keep hosting The ONE Thing podcast and writing The TwentyPercenter each week. I'll keep coaching a handful of founders and leaders. But mostly, I'll be working on my next book, spending more time with friends and family, and, well, I don’t know.

I’m giving myself permission to open the space and stay curious about what will fill it.

I hope you'll join us in November. We'll share what we learned from a decade of teaching and coaching The ONE Thing. More importantly, we'll set you up for a great 2027.

For now, I want to share my gratitude.

To our team who lived the book every day and made it your mission to share the clarity, productivity, and fulfillment that come from living The ONE Thing. Thank you.

To our practice leaders, students, clients, and listeners – you didn't just tell us how this work changed your business and your life. You shared it with others and made the impact bigger. Thank you.

This story isn't finished. I'm excited about the next chapter, and I hope to see you down the line as this new season takes hold.

What do you need to let go of to make room for what's next?
